Gareth Southgate's men struggled to create clear chances throughout the encounter, even though boasting one of the best squads in Europe.
Brazil on the other hand, had a fair game, with Lucas Paqueta hitting the post, after a poor defending from their opponents.
Endrick could have also doubled his tally at stoppage time, but missed a close range effort, to end the match 1-0.
