The Nigerian Senate on Tuesday, passed the bill for the establishment of three federal institutions in Edo, Delta and Imo States.
The bills were passed during the Senate plenary presided over by Deputy Senate President Barau Jibrin after they all scaled third reading.
The institutions are:
