Five persons have died and twelve others sustained various degrees of injuries in a road accident along the Shiwarin -Kano road in Jigawa State.
Eyewitnesses told DAILY POST that the incident happened on Monday when the tyre of a Toyota bus coming from Kano heading to Azare burst.
He said the driver lost control and the vehicle somersaulted, killing some passengers while others sustained various degrees of injuries.
