Popular Abuja-based crossdresser known as Area Mama has been murdered in the Federal Capital Territory, (FCT).
According to reports, his corpse was found by the roadside as he was allegedly beaten to death.
Area mama’s death is coming barely a year after he was assaulted during one of his outings in the nation’s capital.
The crossdresser had narrated how he was beaten by a group of men after having a squabble with a taxi driver who patronised his services.
In a video posted on social media, he showed off the blue-black eye he got from the physical assault.
