Popular talent manager, Paulo Okoye believes this year 2024 will be a tough year for Afrobeat, stating his reasons.
The music executive claimed on his Instagram story that this year is problematic for Nigerian artists, except for Burna Boy and Davido, who have performed sporadically.

He said other artists are either overpriced or their tickets are not selling because they price themselves out of the market.
In his words: “Tough time for Afrobeat (A & B & C class )Artist Price themselves Out of the Market No Much Shows + Global Economy is not Laughing as Well God help Us. 2024 will be tough tough Year for Afrobeat !!!
