Following the aftermath of the LEADERSHIP report, the secretary of the Jega-led Livestock Reforms Committee, Professor Mohammed Yahaya Kuta, has disclosed that the committee is nearing the completion of its inception report, which will soon be presented to President Bola Tinubu.
