A former Governor of Cross Rivers state, Donald Duke has said that the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) should not be the one fixing the price of fuel for local consumption in Nigeria.
He said the Federal Government develop a holistic approach to ensure that a different price is fixed for oil and ensure that it is not smuggled to neighbouring countries.
