The Federal Ministry of Works has announced the commencement of the rehabilitation of the failed sections on the Benin-Asaba highway.
The Federal Controller of Works in Delta, Mr Matthew Ogar, made this announcement on Wednesday in Asaba.
Ogar said that the deplorable sections of the highway would be fixed in the next seven days.
He said the deplorable sections will immediately be fixed because they are causing gridlocks and untold hardship for motorists plying the route.
