The Lagos State Special Offenses Court on Thursday sentenced 12 women to eight months imprisonment for prostitution.
The suspects, were arraigned for offenses bordering on prostitution and breach of public peace.
While 12 out of 19 suspects were sentenced to eight months imprisonment, seven others who pleaded not guilty will be remanded in prison until December 18 for further hearing.
