A federal high court judge, Kehinde Ogundare on Monday dismissed a N500 million copyright infringement suit filed against singer Kcee, and his brother, billionaire businessman, E-Money.
The presiding judge held that the plaintiff, Jude Nnam did not provide credible evidence to prove the copyright infringement allegation.
In his suit, Nnam claimed Kcee secretly added his songs including ‘Som Too Chukwu’, ‘Otito Diri Chineke’ and ‘K’ Anyi Jee N’ Ulo Chukwu’ to his album without his consent.
