The Anambra State Independent Electoral Commission (ANSIEC) has started process for the conduct of the September 28 local government election in the state.
The commission in a press statement signed by the Chief Electoral Officer of the state, Mrs Genevieve Osakwe, announced that it has begun recruitment of adhoc staff for the election.
