The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Benue Command, on Thursday decorated 448 newly promoted officers in the command with their new ranks.
The State Commandant, Mrs Larai Bitrus, who decorated the officers in Makurdi, said that the new rank attracted higher responsibilities, dedication, and effectiveness.
Bitrus charged the promoted officers to redouble their determination to exhibit professionalism in service delivery.
