A councillorship candidate, Adeyinka Adeleke on Saturday was shot dead by yet-to-be-identified armed men in Ogun state.
According to reports, Adeleke was shot at Jide Jones area of Abeokuta.
TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) learnt that the victim was a candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Abeokuta South Local Government Ward 15.
The upcoming Local Government elections will take place on November 16th.
