Following the failed attempted kidnap of the wife of one of the members of Delta State House of Assembly on September 2, 2024, at Okoloba Junction, Jakpa Road, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State, three suspected kidnappers have reportedly died after engaging police operatives from Ebrumede Division in a gun battle as others escaped from the crime scene.
The suspected kidnappers had in their failed attempts to kidnap the lawmaker’s wife, murdered two mobile policemen and the driver David Imela.
