The rescued 137 of Kuriga in have arrived House amid tight security to meet the State governor, , on Monday afternoon.

The school arrived the Sir Kashim Ibrahim Government House at about 2:09pm in three Coaster and two mini buses from 1 Division Headquarters in Kaduna.

Recall that the schoolchildren were abducted on March 7, 2024, at an LEA and Junior Secondary School in Kuriga , Chikun local government area of the State and were eventually rescued by troops on Sunday morning in an unknown location in Zamfara State where the bandits had held them for 18 days.

of the students and leaders of Kuriga community had earlier trooped to the Government House on Sunday when the news broke out that the abducted children had been freed and were on their way to be reunited with their families. But they were later told to return on Monday to collect their children.
